Our founder, Natascha Schijven, left a Partner position at Deloitte because she wanted to do business differently. She had a vision of making world-class business transformation expertise available to anyone who needed it, rather than just who could afford it. As a globally recognized expert in cost transformation and high-quality turn-around solutions, Natascha has seen under-the-hood of many Global and Fortune 500 companies and forged relationships with some of the world's top CEO's but her passion has always been helping the underdog.

We don't think you need to be wearing a suit to be an expert. Our founder Natascha has said, "I am a pretty basic person. I grew up in a blue-collar family in The Netherlands. We didn't have much and my folks had to work multiple jobs to make ends meet. I was the first in my family to go to university, work all around the world and make my way up to corporate executive level. I am very thankful to have been given the opportunity to do this. I always felt it was important to stay true to myself as I ascended the ranks and do what I authentically believed was right for my clients even if it was not right for me.” At Pinwheel this is one of our core values, authenticity. We are a small and nimble firm with limited overhead which gives us the advantage of agility and the ability to optimize. We can quickly scale up for Global 500 support through our partnerships with large professional services firms while at the same time being able to provide pointed, focused, ad-hoc support for small and medium-sized businesses.
