Also available as a half-day executive, cross-functional workshop to help leaders map critical business constraints at a high level, understand competitor best practices and develop a strategy to release non-value add constraints to achieve optimal profitability (old embedded policies, non-profit generating product lines, over-‘buffered’ specifications, etc.)
