Short-term executive interim and contract engagements are a key pillar of Pinwheel’s professional services offering. Natascha strives to spend 60-80% of her time supporting clients in an interim or contract role typically centered around strategic indirect/direct sourcing and sustainable procurement transformation. Most frequently clients engage Natascha to essentially ‘do what she did’ as a senior leader at A.T. Kearney and Deloitte for a fraction of the cost, leveraging the client’s existing resources as much as possible. We are mostly brought in when a company wishes to turn around/transform its procurement function (org, process, systems and strategy) and set it up for continued future success.
